The Pat Barbarich Team is a family. The leader Pat has been passionately working in real estate for the past 35 years. Looking to elevate her business even more, she recruited her husband Dave and her daughter Danielle to join forces and become the strongest, most reliable team in the area!

Pat Barbarich has been a successful real estate broker for over three decades. Real Estate is not only Pat’s career, but her passion. She loves preparing homes for the market as much as she loves selling homes. From the initial meeting through closing day, Pat walks you through the process, as if she is selling her own home. Danielle Barbarich Kanouse
Danielle Barbarich Kanouse loves the area she works in, specializing in the fantastic areas of Martinsville, Warren, Bridgewater, and Basking Ridge. Living, working, and socializing in Martinsville and the beautiful surrounding towns has given Danielle extensive knowledge regarding everything these areas offer young professionals, families, and empty nesters alike.
With 12 years of experience in education, Danielle brings a unique perspective in helping her clients navigate the real estate market. Two of Danielle’s core values are authenticity and understanding. Danielle works diligently to uncover exactly what her clients needs and desires are and is with them every step of the way. Since beginning her real estate journey in 2016, meeting the needs of her clients has been her first priority.

David Barbarich

David Barbarich worked for 40 years in the tax departments of large international corporations, the last 33 of them for a large integrated oil company with the responsibility of tax controversy and economic analysis. Analyzing data and research is his expertise and he brings a value to our team that no other team or agent has. David analyzes trends he has seen in each town, including what adds value, how prices are moving, what buyers are interested in, and how to decide the most accurate listing price for your home.
David's goal is to maintain being an expert in the neighborhood that the team focuses on. He has studied and researched each development explicitly and is a great asset when it comes to selling the neighborhood to potential buyers.
